I chose sleep medicine because improving sleep can truly change how people feel and function every day. Helping patients feel heard, supported, and well-rested is what makes this work meaningful to me.

As a Physician Assistant I partner with patients to identify the underlying causes of their sleep concerns and create personalized treatment plans. My focus includes diagnosing and managing sleep disorders, with an emphasis on long-term symptom control and quality of life.

I earned my Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch. I am a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) through the NCCPA and have over 10 years of clinical experience. I began my career at a VA hospital, where I was first introduced to sleep medicine, an experience that shaped my interest for helping patients improve their sleep and overall quality of life.

When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my husband, 4-year-old son, and our 2 rescue dogs. I enjoy being outdoors, having dinners with family, brunches with friends, traveling as much as possible, and staying active through dance fitness classes.
